You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Macau888 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate security of your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Macau888 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the originating source. The Company reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and satisfactory. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible.
Indicative processing times: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15 to 60 minutes. These timeframes are indicative and may vary during peak periods or pending additional verification requirements.
The Platform operates natively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are applied to MYR transactions. Players who deposit in a foreign currency may incur conversion fees imposed by their payment provider, for which Macau888 bears no responsibility.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method. Macau888 reserves the right to modify transaction limits at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to players.

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is clearly stated on each promotion page. For example, a ×15 wagering requirement on an RM100 bonus means the Player must wager RM1,500 in eligible games before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable.
While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, your maximum permitted bet per spin or round is capped as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this cap while Bonus Funds are active may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger) typically contribute 10–20%. Sports bets contribute 100% for qualifying markets at minimum odds as stated per promotion. Specific contribution rates are set out in the individual promotion terms.
Bonus Funds that are not fully wagered within the promotional validity period specified will expire and be forfeited automatically. Standard validity periods are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit, depending on the promotion. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus expiry dates.
Macau888 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably believes that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting loopholes in bonus mechanics, or employing low-risk betting strategies designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay.
All bets placed on the Macau888 Platform are subject to the Game Rules applicable to each specific game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the applicable Game Rules, the Game Rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game or market.
Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. For football markets including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, and Champions League, the result at the end of regulation time (90 minutes plus injury time) is used for settlement unless otherwise stated in the market rules. Mix Parlay and accumulator bets require all legs to be settled as wins; one void or loss settles the entire accumulator as a loss at the applicable reduced odds.
Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, dice, wheels) operated by certified dealers in licensed studio facilities. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a live game round, the outcome recorded on the Company's server at the time of the fault shall be deemed final, subject to a review process upon written request.
Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by licensed game studios. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is available within the game's information panel. Past game outcomes have no influence on future results.
Any dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement must be reported to our customer support team within 72 hours of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed. The Company's decision, following a good-faith review, shall be final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Macau888 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Macau888 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any Account found to be involved in prohibited conduct, to forfeit all funds associated with such an Account, and to report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.
All content on the Macau888 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and interface design, is the property of Macau888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Macau888. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights and will be addressed accordingly.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Macau888, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical malfunctions.
The Company's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount of Deposited Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant cause of action arose. Nothing in these Terms shall limit the Company's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by its own negligence or wilful misconduct.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Macau888 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining Deposited Funds (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no pending transactions or disputes exist.
Macau888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the Player has breached these Terms; the Player has provided false information; the Account is subject to fraud investigation; or continued operation of the Account would create legal or regulatory risk for the Company.
In cases of termination due to Player breach, Macau888 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Deposited Funds may be returned at the Company's discretion following investigation, subject to any applicable legal hold requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Macau888's international gaming licence is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the governing jurisdiction.
Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling is a legally complex area in Malaysia. By using the Platform, you represent that you have taken independent legal advice regarding the legality of your participation in online gambling under applicable Malaysian law, and that you accept full responsibility for your own compliance with such laws.
